This agreement for advertising placement is between AD – IT – UP – NORTH, and
PLACEMAT CHOICE FOR ADVERTISMENTS … *circle your choice (s)* Dodge Inn — M&M Community Foundation AD – IT – UP – NORTH, agrees to have printed and distributed, advertising placemats containing the advertiser’s ad copy in the amount of (varies, see package price). Advertiser agrees to send a copy of the ad copy, preferably via united states postal servicel, to P.O. Box 454, Marinette WI 54143 for their business within 5 working days of the signed contract. Advertiser will pay in full upon receipt of invoice from Ad It Up North, A division of N.E.W. ANSWERING SERVICE, LLC.
